1. Automatic Low Water Level Alarm
When the coolant in the filter reaches the medium level, the system automatically activates the motor, allowing the coolant from the chip conveyor to flow into the filter. Once the coolant reaches the high level, the motor will automatically stop.
If the coolant level in the filter drops to a low point, the system will trigger an alarm via the level gauge, causing the spindle to automatically retract the tool and halting the machine’s operation.

2. Power-Off Memory Function:
In the event of a sudden power loss or similar interruption, this function enables quick and easy retrieval of the last drilled hole location prior to the power failure. Operators can promptly resume operations, significantly reducing downtime spent on locating the previous drilling position and facilitating a seamless transition to the next step.

3.Photoelectric Edge Finder:
The equipment is equipped with a photoelectric edge finder, enabling quick and precise localization of the workpiece's position.
Insert the edge finder into the spindle chuck of the machine tool and slowly rotate the spindle to ensure its concentricity.
Use the handwheel to move the main shaft, positioning the steel ball edge of the edge finder to lightly touch the workpiece. When the red light turns off, the spindle is ready for reversal. Move the spindle back and forth to find the optimal point where the edge of the steel ball contacts the workpiece.
Record the X and Y axis values displayed by the CNC system at this point and input them into the computer.
Repeat this process to locate multiple detection points as needed.
