1. Centralized Water Discharge System:
The machine is equipped with a standard centralized water discharge system. 2. Centralized Water Filtration System:
The machine is equipped with a centralized water filtration system designed to effectively remove impurities from the cutting coolant. The internal water spray system prevents iron pins from becoming entangled with the tool during processing, reducing tool wear, extending tool life, and improving the surface finish of the workpiece. The high-pressure water outlet pin effectively protects the workpiece surface, safeguards the high-speed rotary joint, and prevents impurities from obstructing the rotary joint. As a result, the system enhances the overall quality of the workpiece and boosts operational efficiency.

3. Automatic Chip Conveyor and Recirculating Cooling System:
The machine features an automatic chip conveyor located at the rear of the worktable, with a filter at the discharge end. The chip conveyor is of the flat-chain type. A cooling pump is positioned on one side, with the outlet connected to the centralized water filtration system via a hose. The coolant is directed into the chip conveyor, where the lift pump moves it into the central filtration system. The high-pressure cooling pump then circulates the filtered coolant for continuous cutting and cooling operations.
Additionally, a scrap collection trolley is provided for easy transportation of metal chips, offering a convenient solution for handling iron debris. The equipment includes both internal and external tool cooling systems: internal coolant is used for high-speed drilling, while external cooling is applied during light milling operations.
