Equipment Structure:
The machine base is made of cast material and consists of key components such as the worktable, movable gantry, movable sliding saddle, drilling and milling power head, automatic lubrication system, protective devices, circulating cooling system, digital control system, and electrical system. It utilizes rolling hard rail pairs for support and guidance, along with precision lead screw pairs for drive. The machine is characterized by high positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability in positioning.

1. Bed and Worktable:
The bed is constructed from a welded rectangular tube, which undergoes high-temperature annealing prior to processing, followed by a second annealing after semi-finishing to relieve internal stresses, ensuring long-term accuracy stability of the machine tool. The worktable is a single-piece casting made of gray iron (HT250), subjected to secondary annealing and aging treatments, offering excellent dynamic and static rigidity without deformation. The surface of the worktable is equipped with well-organized T-slots for secure clamping of workpieces. Two high-precision linear guide rails are mounted on both sides of the bed’s base to ensure uniform stress distribution on the guide rail slides, significantly enhancing the machine tool’s rigidity and its resistance to both tensile and compressive forces. The drive system features an AC servo motor paired with a precision ball screw, facilitating the movement of the gantry along the Y-axis. Adjustable bolts are positioned on the bottom surface of the bed to allow easy leveling of the workbench.

2. Mobile Gantry:
The mobile gantry is cast from gray iron (HT250) and is equipped with two ultra-high load-bearing capacity linear guide rails on the front side. A precision ball screw pair, along with a servo motor, drives the movement of the power head sliding plate along the X-axis, on which the drilling power heads are mounted. The gantry’s motion is facilitated by the servo motor, which drives the rotation of the ball nut on the ball screw through a precision coupling mechanism.

3. Moving the Saddle:
The mobile sliding saddle is a precision cast iron component. It is equipped with two ultra-high load-bearing CNC linear slide tables, a set of precision ball screw pairs, and a high-precision planetary reducer connected to the servo motor. The saddle also features a nitrogen gas balance cylinder to counterbalance the weight of the power head, reducing the load on the screw and extending its service life. This system drives the movement of the drilling power head along the Z-axis, enabling rapid forward, work forward, rapid backward movements, and stops. Additionally, it is equipped with automatic chip cutoff, chip removal, and pause functions.
