The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle lasts 120 seconds per unit (subject to the material grade and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Furthermore, fabrication begins only after the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with process parameters meticulously defined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to commence the fully automated operation sequence. 9. In the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are configured, cold-pressing operations can commence without delay. The pressure ram does not need to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is raised to create a 100mm clearance, allowing for the easy removal of the workpiece. This streamlined operational flow substantially enhances overall process efficiency.
