Main components

Power transmission platform 1 set

Application: convey the punching sheet to the forming machine
Structure: It adopts belt conveyor with guiding device, mainly composed of frame, power device, conveyor belt, width adjusting device, guiding device, etc. The feeding speed is infinitely adjustable, matching the speed of the molding machine.

Cantilever adjustable forming machine -1set

Application: Used to roll the required finished plate shape to the final required cross-sectional shape through the roll bending process.
Structure: The forming unit adopts cantilever forming machine mode. Driven by motor, reducer and spiral bevel gear.

When producing products with different bottom widths and waist heights, you only need to set the parameters on the touch screen, which is convenient, fast and reliable.

The forming roller is designed by professional software. The material is made of high-quality mold steel Cr12, and the hardness after quenching is HRC58~62 (equivalent to American material D2/D3). The surface of the roller is polished after finishing. The roller has high precision and long life.

The main forming part contains two forming machines. The base of the forming machine is equipped with a moving device, which can move longitudinally on your preset guide rails. Two forming machines and one for the production of C-shaped purlins,

The air-cooled cooler is used to dissipate heat to meet the requirements of work and production under high load and higher temperature. The hydraulic system is a fast hydraulic system, suitable for high-speed punching, roll forming and shearing cold bending production lines. The main hydraulic components adopt Beijing Huade products.

The main components are: oil pump, motor, hydraulic valve, solenoid valve, filter and hydraulic oil tank, etc.

Electric control unit -1 set

The whole line adopts the man-machine control mode combining PLC and touch screen. The specification parameters, quantity and system parameters of the parts can be set through the touch screen, and multiple sets of operation instructions can be stored at one time. It has a high degree of automation. It has an alarm function in case of abnormalities in the production line. The operation of the entire production line can be monitored through the control system. After power failure or abnormal shutdown, processing can be continued according to the previously set working parameters.
