Structural Composition
This machine is primarily composed of an automatic loading and unloading device, a centering device for automatic compensation of variable-section plates, a feeding device, a punching unit, an automatic waste discharge device, as well as hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems—all integrated to ensure stable, efficient operation throughout the flat longitudinal beam punching process.
The production line selects the upper front belly hole as the positioning hole for flange processing, enabling reliable, efficient, flexible, and fully automated punching of constant cross-section longitudinal beams—delivering high cost-effectiveness. It features automatic measurement and accuracy compensation for longitudinal beam shape errors; the configuration is optimized and controlled by Germany’s SIEMENS CNC system to enhance operational reliability. Equipped with dual-channel control, it ensures high processing efficiency; for filter-type stamping, the longitudinal beam only moves forward without backward movement, further streamlining the processing workflow.
The control system adopts the SIEMENS 828D CNC system, with servo motor-driven feeding. This configuration ensures high operating efficiency and stable workpiece precision, fully meeting the strict requirements of precision processing. A servo center centering device is mounted on the feeding support roller, which can accommodate the processing of variable cross-section plates with a height difference of 0–200 mm, enhancing adaptability to diverse workpiece specifications.
The exhibition presents a carefully curated selection of finished longitudinal beam samples processed by this production line, covering multiple specifications suitable for mining trucks and special-purpose vehicles.
